What is Nano?
Nano is Pal-Jon's customer engagement platform that brings a loyalty program, email and SMS marketing, the customer register and reporting together in one place. With it you build a loyalty program that looks like your brand and message your customers at the right time.
Where do I log in to my NANOid account?
As a loyalty customer you log in to your NANOid account. Login is passwordless: you'll get a one-time login link or code by email, and you can optionally enable your device's authentication (passkey). On your account you can see the perks, stamps and purchase history you've collected.
How do I get started with Nano?
Nano is set up together with us. Leave a contact request and we'll map out your needs and help you get started. Nano adapts to the needs of a single shop as well as a large chain.
What channels does Nano support for marketing?
You reach your customers by email and text message. You build campaigns with ready-made tools, target them to the customer segments you want and follow results – such as opens, clicks and sign-ups – in real time.
Who owns the customer data, and is Nano GDPR-compliant?
The customer data you collect is yours. Nano is GDPR-compliant, and customer consents, data anonymization and deletion, and marketing opt-outs are handled with built-in tools. We don't use your data for any other purposes.
